Alor Gajah Municipal Council is a Local Authority (LA) that is oriented in public services and is the prime mover in making Alor Gajah a progressive and beautiful district. The development of its administration area is progressing along side with the overall development of the Malacca State with main emphasis on industrial, tourism and agricultural sectors. The existence of infrastructure also accelerates the influx of both local and foreign investors for investing and creating work opportunities for the local community.
